The Team Behind ADG CPA

About Us

Meet the professional staff at Aulds, Duchesne & Griggs — a Monroe, LA CPA firm with AICPA and LCPA memberships, CGMA credentials, and deep local roots.

A Firm Built in This Community

Aulds, Duchesne & Griggs is a certified public accounting firm based in downtown Monroe, Louisiana. Every member of our professional staff earned an accounting degree from a Louisiana university, and several hold active Louisiana CPA licenses while maintaining memberships in the AICPA and the Louisiana Society of CPAs. We're not a franchise. We're not a virtual firm with a local phone number. We're a practice that was built here and has stayed here.

Our team is small by design. That means when you work with ADG, you know who's handling your file — and they know your business.

Our job isn't just to file accurate returns. It's to know your business well enough to spot what you'd miss on your own — and to still be here next year when it matters.

who we serve

The Clients We're Built to Serve

  • Small Business Owners

We work with closely held businesses, LLCs, partnerships, S-corps, and sole proprietors across Monroe, West Monroe, and Ouachita Parish. Our clients are typically owner-operated — they wear a lot of hats, and they need a CPA who understands the full picture of running a business, not just the tax return at the end of the year.

  • Individuals With Complex Tax Situations

Not every individual return is straightforward. We work with clients who have multiple income sources, rental properties, trust income, or other variables that require more than off-the-shelf software and a quick review. If your situation has moving parts, we're comfortable with complexity.

  • Business Owners Ready to Outsource Accounting

Some clients come to us because they've been doing their own books and have reached the point where it's costing them more time than it's worth. We take over the month-to-month accounting function — bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, sales tax — so they can focus on running their business.

  • Organizations With Specialized Filing Needs

We prepare returns for charitable organizations, trusts, and other entities with filing requirements that go beyond a standard business or individual return. If your organization has unique compliance needs, our team has the credentials and experience to handle them accurately.
